1. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the site at Bukit Timah Road to the highest tenderer, HH Investment Private Limited.
2. The site at Bukit Timah Road was launched for tender on 26 August 2025. The tender for the site closed on 11 November 2025. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.

1 The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released a residential site at Bukit Timah Road for sale today under the second half 2025 (2H2025) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
2 The site at Bukit Timah Road can potentially yield about 340 residential units. These form part of the 4,725 residential units to be released via the Confirmed List of the 2H2025 GLS programme to cater to housing demand and maintain market stability.
3 The Government will continue to release a steady supply of private residential units in coming GLS programmes, with supply calibrated to account for prevailing economic and property market conditions.
