The terms, in plain language.
These terms govern your use of prevoresearch.com, operated from Singapore under the name Prevo. Using the site means you accept them. Last updated 25 August 2026.
1. What Prevo is, and is not
Prevo provides research and informational analysis on property-policy events. It is not a broker, investment adviser or fiduciary, and nothing on this site constitutes investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Material factual claims are linked to supporting evidence; interpretations are labelled as interpretation. Verify independently before acting on anything you read here.
2. Your account
Reading is free and needs no account. An account, created by email sign-in, adds saving, collections and alerts. Keep your email address current, keep access to it to yourself, and tell us through the contact page if you believe someone else is using it. Free-tier features carry usage limits, which may change.
3. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and as a reader or researcher would. Do not probe, overload or interfere with the service; do not harvest the archive by bulk scraping for republication; do not present Prevo content as your own or misquote it as saying what it does not say. Sharing links and the share cards the product generates, with attribution intact, is welcome and is what they are for.
4. Content and ownership
The archive's text, structure and design belong to Prevo. Primary documents belong to their publishers, and quotations are attributed. The views and notes you write remain yours; you give Prevo the permission needed to store them and show them to you, and to others only where you choose to share them.
5. Accuracy and corrections
Prevo works to a stated evidentiary discipline: claims are linked to sources, verification labels say what the evidence earns, and corrections are recorded openly rather than deleted. Even so, the service is provided as is. We do not warrant that any page is complete, current or free of error, and outcomes reported for past events are observations, not predictions.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Prevo is not liable for decisions made in reliance on the service, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use or unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Changes and termination
The service and these terms will change as the product grows; material changes to the terms will be flagged on this page with a new date. You can stop using the site at any time and ask for your account and data to be deleted through the contact page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. Questions about these terms go through the contact page.
