1 The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released two residential sites at Peck Hay Road and River Valley Green (Parcel C) for sale today under the first half 2026 (1H2026) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
2 The sites at Peck Hay Road (located near Newton MRT station and south of Scotts Road) and River Valley Green (Parcel C) (located next to Great World MRT station) can potentially yield about 315 and 470 residential units, respectively. These form part of the 4,575 residential units to be released via the Confirmed List of the 1H2026 GLS programme, which is 50% above the average Confirmed List supply per GLS programme over the past decade. Details on the two sites can be found in Annex A.
Other Details 3 The tender for the Peck Hay Road and River Valley Green (Parcel C) sites will close at 12 noon on 11 and 18 June 2026, respectively.

1. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released four residential sites at Holland Link, Holland Plain, Chuan Grove and River Valley Green (Parcel C) for sale today under the second half 2024 (2H2024) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
2. The sites at Holland Link and Chuan Grove are launched for sale under the Confirmed List and can potentially yield 230 and 555 residential units respectively. These form part of the 5,050 residential units to be released via the Confirmed List of the 2H2024 GLS programme to cater to housing demand and maintain market stability. The sites at Holland Plain and River Valley Green (Parcel C) are available for application under the Reserve List and can potentially yield 280 and 470 residential units respectively.
3. The Government will continue to release a steady supply of private residential units in coming GLS programmes, with supply calibrated to account for prevailing economic and property market conditions.
4. Details on the four land parcels can be found in Annex 1.
Other Details 5. The tenders for the Chuan Grove and Holland Link sites will close at 12 noon on 8 July 2025 and 29 July 2025 respectively.
