The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tenders for the sites at Jalan Tembusu and Lentor Hills Road (Parcel A) to the highest tenderers, namely CDL Triton Pte. Ltd. for the site at Jalan Tembusu; and Intrepid Investments Pte. Ltd., GuocoLand (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. and TID Residential Pte. Ltd. for the site at Lentor Hills Road (Parcel A).
The sites at Jalan Tembusu and Lentor Hills Road (Parcel A) were launched for tender on 30 September 2021. The tenders for these sites closed on 18 January 2022. The sites were offered for sale on 99-year lease terms.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the two sites at Jalan Tembusu and Lentor Hills Road (Parcel A) today.
The public tender for the two sites at Jalan Tembusu and Lentor Hills Road (Parcel A) was launched on 30 September 2021.
Please see Annex A and B for details of the sites and tender bids received.
This is not an announcement of tender award. A decision on the award of the tender will be made after the bids have been evaluated. This will be publicised at a later date.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) released three residential sites at Lentor Hills Road (Parcels A & B) and Jalan Tembusu for sale today under the second half 2021 (2H2021) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
The residential sites at Lentor Hills Road (Parcel A) and Jalan Tembusu are launched for sale under the Confirmed List while Lentor Hills Road (Parcel B) is available for application under the Reserve List. Together, these three sites can yield about 1,500 residential units.
Details of the land parcels can be found in Annex 1 and the location plans are in Annex 2.

The tender for the land parcels at Lentor Hills Road (Parcel A) and Jalan Tembusu will close at 12 noon on 18 January 2022.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and the Housing & Development Board (HDB) released two residential sites at Jalan Tembusu and Tampines Street 62 (Parcel B) for sale today under the 1st half 2021 (1H2021) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
The URA site at Jalan Tembusu and HDB Executive Condominium site at Tampines Street 62 (Parcel B) are available for application under the Reserve List. Together, these two sites can yield about 1,340 residential units.
Details on the land parcels can be found in Annex 1 and the location plans in Annex 2.
