On 27 November 2019 the Chief Planner gazetted Master Plan 2019, with immediate effect, as the statutory land use plan guiding Singapore's physical development over the next 10 to 15 years. It concluded the review of the Draft Master Plan 2019, exhibited from 27 March 2019, and gazetted two buildings on the Rail Corridor for conservation. URA had said in March that the CBD Incentive Scheme would start from this gazette and the Bonus Plot Ratio scheme would be rescinded with it.

Methodology5 rules
- Comparison anchored to effective date: 27 November 2019. The anchor is the effective date where one is recorded, otherwise the announcement date.
- The windows are the same number of days on each side of the anchor, and the anchor day belongs to the after window.
- A series counts toward a window only for observation periods wholly inside it, with values as originally recorded, not as later revised.
- Where no whole period falls inside a window, no value and no difference is stated; a day no whole period covers is missing, never zero.
- Concurrent land sales and archive events are listed by date alone. Nothing on this page is attributed to the event.
