1 The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the site at Lentor Central to the highest tenderer, GuocoLand (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., Intrepid Investments Pte. Ltd. and TID Residential Pte. Ltd.
2 The site at Lentor Central was launched for tender on 8 December 2025. The tender for the site closed on 3 March 2026. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.

1 The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released three residential1 sites at Lentor Central, Kallang Close2 and Dunearn Road as well as a hotel site at Telok Ayer Street for sale today under the second half 2025 (2H2025) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
2 The sites at Lentor Central, Kallang Close and Dunearn Road can potentially yield about 560, 470 and 330 residential units, respectively. These form part of the 4,725 residential units to be released via the Confirmed List of the 2H2025 GLS programme to cater to housing demand and maintain market stability. The hotel site at Telok Ayer Street is available for application under the Reserve List and can potentially yield 440 hotel rooms and 135 Long-stay Serviced Apartments3.

Other Details 4 The tender for the Lentor Central, Kallang Close and Dunearn Road sites will close at 12 noon on 3 March 2026, 7 April 2026, and 28 April 2026, respectively.
1The sites at Lentor Central and Kallang Close are zoned Residential, while the site at Dunearn Road is zoned Residential with Commercial at 1st Storey (See Annex A).
2This site was previously referred to as Kallang Avenue in the 2H2025 GLS Programme announced on 13 June 2025.
3The Telok Ayer Street site is available for application for sale as a hotel site (with a component for Long-stay Serviced Apartments (i.e. SA2) use).
