1. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released a residential site at Faber Walk for sale today under the Confirmed List of the second half 2024 (2H2024) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
2. The site at Faber Walk can potentially yield 400 residential units. These form part of the 5,050 residential units to be released via the Confirmed List of the 2H2024 GLS programme to cater to housing demand and maintain market stability. The Government will continue to release a steady supply of private residential units in coming GLS programmes, with supply calibrated to account for prevailing economic and property market conditions.
