- Long-term land planning intentions for Singapore's outer islands: the cluster south of Jurong Island including Pulau Semakau, Pulau Bukom and Pulau Sudong; Sentosa; Pulau Brani; Long Island; and Pulau Tekong. It also covers stated connectivity intentions, namely a second road link to Jurong Island, a link from Jurong Island to the new western island, a people mover connecting the mainland, Sentosa and Brani, and a study into the feasibility of undersea tunnels connecting Pulau Tekong to the mainland. No buyer, seller, developer, landlord or tenant is reached, no transaction is caught, and no site is released, tendered or awarded.

- National Day Rally 2026 (English transcript)
On 23 August 2026 the Prime Minister set out long-term plans for Singapore's outer islands at the National Day Rally, covering a new western island formed by merging several islands south of Jurong Island, an integrated Sentosa and Pulau Brani destination, Long Island, and further reclamation at Pulau Tekong. The speech changed no legal rule, set no effective date and released no site. The commitments differ in maturity: some were stated as works the Government will carry out, the western island was described as under study, and undersea tunnels to Tekong are at feasibility stage. Around 500 hectares at Tekong were said to remain available for future civilian uses once defence needs are met, with no use decided.

Methodology5 rules
- Comparison anchored to announcement date because no effective date is recorded: 23 August 2026. The anchor is the effective date where one is recorded, otherwise the announcement date.
- The windows are the same number of days on each side of the anchor, and the anchor day belongs to the after window.
- A series counts toward a window only for observation periods wholly inside it, with values as originally recorded, not as later revised.
- Where no whole period falls inside a window, no value and no difference is stated; a day no whole period covers is missing, never zero.
- Concurrent land sales and archive events are listed by date alone. Nothing on this page is attributed to the event.
