The Housing & Development Board (HDB), as the Government’s land sales agent, has launched an Executive Condominium site at Plantation Close for sale by public tender today, under the Confirmed List of 2nd Half 2023 (2H2023) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
2 In addition, HDB has made available an Executive Condominium site at Tampines Street 95 for application under the Reserve List of 2nd Half 2023 (2H2023) GLS Programme.
3 These two sites can potentially yield about 1,120 residential units. Details on the land parcels can be found in Annex 1.
Other Details 4 The tender for the site at Plantation Close will close at 12:00 noon on Thursday, 1 February 2024. The tender closing for this site will be batched together with the Residential with Commercial at 1st Storey site at Orchard Boulevard, which was launched for sale by URA on 17 October 2023.
