1. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the site at Media Circle (Parcel A) to the highest tenderer, CNQC Realty (Bloomsbury) Pte. Ltd., Forsea Residence Pte. Ltd. and Hoovasun Holding Pte. Ltd.
2. The site at Media Circle (Parcel A) was launched for tender on 26 November 2024. The tender for the site closed on 4 March 2025. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.

1. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released three residential1 sites at Media Circle (Parcel A & B) and Bayshore Road for sale under the second half of 2024 (2H2024) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
2. The sites at Media Circle (Parcels A & B) and Bayshore Road are launched for sale under the Confirmed List and can potentially yield 325, 500 and 515 residential units respectively. These form part of the 5,050 residential units to be released via the Confirmed List of the 2H2024 GLS programme to cater to housing demand and maintain market stability.
3. The Government will continue to release a steady supply of private residential units in coming GLS programmes, with supply calibrated to account for prevailing economic and property market conditions.
4. Details on the three land parcels can be found in Annex 1._
Other Details 5. The tenders for the sites at Media Circle (Parcels A & B) and Bayshore Road will close at 12 noon on 4 March 2025, 29 April 2025 and 18 March 2025 respectively. More details on the three land parcels are available on the URA website.
