The Housing & Development Board (HDB), as the Government’s land sales agent, has launched an Executive Condominium (EC) site at Woodlands Drive 17 for sale by public tender today.
2 The EC site, which can potentially yield about 560 residential units, is among the 10 Confirmed List sites under the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme for the second half of 2025 (2H2025). Details of the land parcel can be found in the Annex.
