HDB project MOP years are estimates based on published completion information. Individual flat eligibility may differ due to occupation commencement and owner-specific circumstances. EC milestones are calculated from HDB-listed TOP dates. Verify eligibility with HDB before transacting.
An EC's MOP depends on when its land tender closed: five years from TOP for sites tendered before 8 May 2026, and for every EC already built, awarded or launched then; ten years for sites whose tender closes on or after it. Full privatisation, at year 10 or 15 respectively, is a separate milestone and is not counted.
“Potential units” means units reaching the estimated MOP. It does not mean units that will be listed for sale.
HDB outlines are the land parcel each project's centre point sits on, drawn only where the parcel holds HDB blocks, is zoned residential and holds no other project. A project can extend onto neighbouring parcels.
